I had an issue with my PS5 package getting lost during delivery, but Best Buy’s customer service was incredibly helpful and quick to resolve the problem. They tracked the package and arranged for me to pick it up the very next day at my local store. When I got the PS5, it was brand new, undamaged, and in perfect working condition. The console itself is amazing, with fast load times, stunning 4K visuals, and an incredible gaming experience thanks to the DualSense controller. Despite the initial hiccup, Best Buy’s support made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

i got this for a christmas present for my son and i and i love it so much. My son and i get to play all the games we want and have a good time. The controller feels well on hands and i also can stream movies or shows by downloading the apps. Been playing Arc raiders recently too and i can’t get off that game. 10/10 purchase

Amazing upgrade from the ps4, isn't loud at all and runs super smooth in all games. Never had my frames drop below 60 alongside my 144hz monitor. Also glad to see it came with almost 1TB of storage too so that's a nice touch aswell.

Finally bought it from Best Buy and is worth every penny. Addicted to playing FC 25 on this beast against my friend online as a PS+ member and it is too much fun. If possible apply for a Best Buy Credit card for an additional 10% discount which is returned as rewards.

Great system I love playing my p5 it’s still runs great

I’ve had my PS5 for a while now, and it’s hands down one of the best gaming experiences I’ve ever had. The graphics are incredible—super sharp and smooth, especially with the 4K support. Load times are insanely fast thanks to the SSD, and everything just feels more responsive. The new controller is a huge upgrade too—the haptic feedback and adaptive triggers make a big difference in immersion.

Great product for a great price only complain is the storage but that is and easy fix.
