I recently bought the PS5 from Best Buy, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The console is incredibly fast, super quiet, and the graphics are absolutely stunning. Loading times are almost non-existent, and everything feels smooth and responsive. The DualSense controller really takes the experience to another level with its haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. Games like Demon’s Souls, Spider-Man: Miles Morales, and Ratchet & Clank look and feel amazing on this system. Best Buy made the whole process easy — fast shipping, secure packaging, and great customer service. If you’ve been thinking about upgrading, the PS5 is 100% worth it.

I recently purchased a PlayStation 5, and I must say, it has completely transformed my gaming experience. From the moment I unboxed it, the sleek design and build quality impressed me. The console feels premium and looks fantastic in my entertainment setup. The performance is nothing short of amazing. Loading times are virtually nonexistent, thanks to the ultra-fast SSD. I can jump into games in seconds, which keeps the action flowing and eliminates those frustrating wait times. The graphics are stunning; games look incredibly realistic, with vibrant colors and smooth frame rates. Titles like "Demon's Souls" and "Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart" showcase the console's capabilities beautifully.

Five years in to the console lifecycle and due to a promotion to trade in my ps4, i jumped in and bought a ps5 slim disc version. The graphics are a boost from the ps4 and the loading time for ps5 times is impressive. I also like that you can add an extra M2 SSD to your console along with extended drives to play ps4 games from. Adding the M2 SSD drive is super easy and there lots of online videos for guidance. I'd recommend using the new hdmi cable that comes with the game as the hdmi port is fickle when using an older hdmi cable that was plugged/unplugged frequently will cause issues with the screen going black randomly. My major complaint is the stock ssd is pitiful at 1TB which 200+GB is used for system storage software. My understanding is that M2 SSDs keep coming down in price but yet the console manages to going up in price. My second complaint is the price. If the ps5 pro wasn't so expensive, I would have considered purchasing it. Thank fully the trade in for my ps4 helped bring down the price. If it wasn't for the trade in offer, I might have waited on the ps6.

This PlayStation 5 is an amazing console! My son uses it all the time and it works perfectly. The quality is excellent, the graphics are impressive, and everything runs very smoothly. We are extremely happy with this purchase!

Better than PlayStation 4 by far. Our 4 no longer powered up so we upgraded. No system fails at all we are not huge addicted gamers but we do enjoy fast action with no video interruptions. We have now owned this awhile and no issues

Wanted to surpise my boyfriend with a gift, so I asked him bunch of questions and was going to buy second hand but this was way better! Nothing beats a brand new game that no one touched but you. Lol the jokes on him I have played more hours than him LOL! Now ill be buying my own controller, got my own game pass and lol PalWorld. Lol that’s all I’ll say! What a turn of events, I dont play any COD or Fortnite. I play like FaeFarm stuff. Excited to share one of his favorite hobbies lol unless he wants to play. At this point ill need to get my own PS5. Thats later down the line. The Switch2 is my most concern thet have more cozy games. The PS5 is definitely my goto outside it. Safe to say I may takeover his Playstation.

The PS5 is the best video game console. Period. It’s not only more powerful than the Xbox X, but the Dual sense controller has them all beat hands down! This model is great because it has the disc drive. So you can play your games, and still enjoy Ultra 4k movies. And if your lucky enough to have a OLED TV, then you will be blown away by the visuals and VVR with no lag and refresh rates at 60 to 144

I’ve had my PlayStation five for about a year now and I have nothing but good things to say about it. It has a disc drive so I can play my old games and new games Blu-ray, DVDs and CDs. I could never go fully digital so it’s nice to have the disc drive. I have about nine games on it and it hasn’t filled up memory yet. I stream daily, off of streaming services like Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, Hulu. I like how it upscales the PlayStation 4 games and the system navigation is super easy to maneuver. Also, the game catalog is stacked and they’re releasing new games. I highly recommend the PlayStation 5 to anyone. There’s literally something for everybody.

Purchased an open box and did a trade in, staff was very kind and process was very easy! product inside was working perfectly and was only missing one the stands but I intended to replace those with an after market one anyway.

Fn love this thing. I have wanted one since they came out, waited long enough for the biggest problems to be fixed. It rocks.

This is a replacement for my other ps5 which was over heating. This one is working great, Best Buy replaced it for free with the warranty.

This PlayStation 5 is great my boys can play all day and get exited and be happy after a long day of school when they come home to play the newest spider man games or assassin creed and any PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5 game and I am very happy with my purchase it really has been amazing to be able to see my son smile after such a terrible year

What a great console. How compact and fast it is is incredible. It has been the best investment I have ever made and even more so the slim because I have the option to buy discs or download from the cloud. Totally worth it and more if you like to play

I was thinking of getting a new companion after dashing my Ps4 to a friend back home. I visited many websites but at the end I settled on best buy and I haven’t regret visiting their store. I got myself this Ps 5 slim game.wow i love everything about it. I have a companion now and I don’t feel going out. Everything about this game for me is the best so far.

I was skeptical if its worth the upgrade but my wife gifted me this. I have been playing ps5 quite a few days and its totally worth it. I played gta 5 on ps4 and in ps5 I can see the improvement in the graphics, smoothness. I can see more details than before. I played the avatar game and love the experience. I have to try more ps5 games like mk1. The new controllers are a bang.

All good with the product. Just the experience with BestBuy that wasn't good unfortunately. The box was unsealed. I kept it as it was a gift tosm someone. I also had my original pickup order cancelled next day as they couldn't fulfill it. I had to make a new order and with shipping instead. And I did not get my $ certificate back although the cancellation page stated I would. Got disrespected by an agent on their support chat, had to contact their Instagram account for proper resolution.
