It's a good mini console. Will admit Sony dropped the ball by not including an adapter an more games that have the PlayStation it's edge during it's run. Still for the price its a must have for any game enthusiast.

For the $20 I paid for it, I think this console was a steal. The titles included with it are kind of so-so, but it's still a fun system to break out and play every once in a while.

I was able to pick this up for $15 with discounts and coupons and it’s well worth it. Brings back the retro PS games! Some games I wish it had that it doesn’t, but for the price I’m not going to complain.

With over 20 games to pick from. You'd think that there would be countless hours of game play at hand. However, depending on your taste in games. That is up for interpretation. The set up feels minimal at best and feels more like an afterthought. The games feel like they've been downgraded from their original formats. However, not all is lost and with the recent price drop. It would be worth to purchase now just for the nostalgic vibe.

I love the original PlayStation but this one was the worst thing enduring of the classic mini consoles released. Library sucks and it’s the pal version which runs slower. I wouldn’t not have paid the 100 bucks Sony was asking and got this for 30 bucks instead. Built quality is top notch and it’s perfect for hacking and making it better!

Was everything and more then I expected thing is great from it comes with two authentic original PlayStation Controllers too it’s tiny size so you can’t take to play in the hotel when on vacation then it’s got a great variety or genres of games from auto racing to Fighter one on one to great classics then if you fact in the Best Buy value price for $24.99 I paid then the week later I looked on there website and wow $19.99 each wish I bought more the. One people who haven’t gotten one yet they don’t know what there missing so much fun and it keeps you out of trouble lol

I purposely waited until this was being sold for $20 before buying it. The selection of games is rather poor and the cords for the controllers are rather short. However, it is possible to add more games to it unofficially using guides online and a usb flash drive which makes it a much more usable device. Unless you intend to go this route, I would avoid purchasing this for its stock configuration.

I was very excited for this original release last year and preordered one. By the time I rec'd it the reviews were so disappointing that I returned the product unopened. 8 months later the original $100 was down to $59.99 and then $19.99. I picked one up for the memories of original Playstion, used $10 of BB rewards so for $9.99 it'll sit unopened but at least I got one. 5 stars for price, NOT for preloaded game selection, lack of cables, and supposedly poor resolution. I'd recommend only if you can get the low sale price. Reviews in general are pretty abysmal.

I had high hope's for this since I played probably 1000+ hours on my original Playstation when I got it in High School and took to college. The selection of games is ok and there were definitely ones that were not included and should have been. The attention to detail is pretty good and it does boot up quickly. The controllers are pretty accurate to the originals. They are USB and I have read you can use a dual shock but I haven't gotten around to trying that yet. There are also ways to "add" games if you search the internet without much trouble so you can add many of the games that should have made it but didn't. Since I grabbed it on sale for $20 I am pleased with my purchase.

Not necessarily the best version this product could have been, but if one gets it below $50 as I did, it makes for an excellent alternative to Raspberry Pi as an emulation machine.

I picked up a PSClassic when Best Buy was selling them $20 a piece. For that price, it was perfect time to mod it. Once you get into modding it, there really aren’t much games the PSClassic can’t play as long as they don’t require the analog sticks. Just make sure you do your research throughly! The idea of the PSClassic was an amazing one but poorly executed with the game choices. I hope this doesn’t deter Sony from the possibility of a mini PS2 and instead maybe they’ll be more choosier of what goes on it. Not to say people, me included, won’t mod it to death. But I think if the game selection id a bit better, people will be more forgiving of it’s shortcomings.

I bought this when the price dropped by 40% the game selection isn't the greatest, no USB plug adapter included and emulation isn't the greatest. I dont k I would have given this 4 stars at full price.

Fun system that is very nostalgic. If you played PlayStation back in the day, you need this. Unfortunately, it does not have some popular PS1 games like Crash.

Neat and nostalgic, but I think the choice of games could have been better. Maybe it will be hacked soon so that can happen. Still cool little device.

For the initial $100 price tag and with the full lineup being a bit disappointing, I originally dismissed the PS classic as not worth bothering with. Bad reviews further reinforced this when it came out. But for 20 bucks? I figured the hardware alone was worth that. Control sticks would have been appreciated but at least the controllers are good quality. The emulation isn't perfect and the game selection could be better but, again, for $20? I'd say it's worth it at the very least as a collectible. The low price, combined with third party software solutions to some of the system's flaws, makes it easy to give it four stars. If you're not buying it on sale though...meh.

the PS classic is NOT a good system BUT at $20, I SUGGEST you mod the PS classic to get a better and fun better experience. It is easy to mod and add TON of games from different systems.

There are known issues with the emulation of some of the games on this system. Although for a tech savvy user these can be overcome. For 100 dollars, I would not buy. For 40 dollars, why not?

Not the best emulation or game choices. It is a decent purchase at the new reduced price.

Great system with some decent games, though I wish there was a better selection. Either way for the price it’s pretty cool if you’re looking to play some of your childhood favorites.

It’s a nice little plug and play device. The game selection is pretty bad considering what they could choose from. But it comes with 2 controllers and for $20 was definitely worth it.
