The docking station works as advertise with 3 minor issues.
1. There is a slight delay when you connect your computer before the docking station recognizes the computer and the login screen displays.
2. The monitor arrange constantly switches when the MacBook times out as it does not remember the arrangement of the monitors. which is very annoying
3. if you have speakers connected directly to the docking station there is a static noise with the docking station off even if the MacBook is not connected.
