    RAM is OK but the install process in a Toshiba laptop was horrendous. Had to completely tear down the case top & bottom to install these two RAM sticks in their hidden internal slots.

    SI was unable to use this RAM. The Geek Squad advised me incorrectly that this was the correct RAM to use for my computer's RAM upgrade. I subsequently received a call from the Geek Squad tech performing the actual upgrade that this was the incorrect RAM and that my laptop uses low voltage RAM. I then needed to order the correct RAM and return this RAM. The story gets worse from there but I won't get into that here. Needless to say, There is nothing wrong with the product but I didn't get a chance to use it, thus just the 3 rating.

    If only BestBuy sold Crucial memory... These PNY stick work just fine, but I've had issues before with PNY compatibility and quality. We'll see how these pan out over time...
