I used it as an upgrade from a 256gb Samsung. I give it 4 stars as the higher end brand name drives provide software to make the upgrade process less painful for the end user. This one doesn't. This will leave less technically-inclined users scratching their heads. From a functional standpoint though I am very pleased.

Great value for an NVME drive

Only downside I have found and I don't know if it is NVME specific is there is no optimization software as I have had with other SSDs.

Good SSD, be aware of write endurance rating

I use it 24/7, and haven't encountered any write endurance issues yet. That said, newer revisions of this SSD apparently have a lower expected write endurance before failing, so keep this in mind if you have a workload that writes to disk a lot!

I tried updating firmware and doing whatever I could but mine is inconsistent
