The specifications says the read speed is 200 megabytes per second. Notice it doesn't specify write speed. This is because the write speed is about 2 megabytes per second. These are awful - don't get them.

The read/write speed of the memory card is nowhere near what is advertised, clocking in at 2.1MB/s on average instead of 200MB/s, and only contains 461GB of storage on the 512GB version. It could do what you need it to for transferring files, or as a backup disk but you won't have a good time doing anything active with it like running a program.

Fell apart while unpackaging and trying to remove the protective cover. Didn't even get to use it. Plastic junk.

False performance claims, NOT 200MB/s.

Performance is much lower than 200MB/s. Also, it cam formatted as FAT32, I expected exFAT. FAT32 max file size is one byte less than 4GB, which is too small for many movies. After I finish my initial tests, I might reformat it as exFAT and try again. Disappointed. PNY claims it's 30X faster. It's NOT!

Too soon to vouch for durability, but have bought and filled 2 with 1tb of relatively stagnant data files. Read and write times are reasonable. Low profile form is less apt to get damaged in pc. All in all very satisfied.
