PNY - 120GB Internal SATA Solid State Drive for Laptops Super fast little solid-state internal hard drive, great value for the money. I own several of these and they work great. I have one of this brand that is 5yrs old, it gets used daily, and works flawlessly. Would highly recommend.

I used this to replace the slow HDD in my old laptop and it works perfectly. My old MacBook Pro is as fast as ever. I don' have many apps on it so the 120GB is all I needed, and for the price, it performs great.

I bought this to build my dad a low end computer. This SSD serves as the main boot drive. I have a standard 5400 RPM HDD as storage. I have Windows 10 installed on the computer. Long story short is, it's a great way to make a budget build if you're looking for speed and durability. My dad uses his computer every day for hours at a time. He mainly uses it for Word processing and youtube/emails. He leaves the machine on for days at a time, too (which I don't recommend). So far, so good. I'd gladly recommend this to anyone interested in building a small gaming rig. The only thing is, the storage capacity is extremely limited, so don't think you'd be able to use this is your only storage system if you take tons of photos and videos. It will be filled in no time. The PNY SSD is great. Worked without issues, it is a great upgrade to old machines. Works with Windows 7 and Windows 10 just fine. Makes boot up and installation a breeze. The best thing is its low price and great value. Will buy again in the future.

I bought this SSD for my old pc I still have to have it boot faster and it was very inexpensive for the price. Even though the memory is 120GB, it's still good for a simple upgrade.

I needed to replace a failing older hard drive on my 2011 21.5 iMac that I had planned to give to my nephew for school. I was strapped for cash but I wanted to change out to a solid state drive (SSD) to help speed up and breath life into the iMac. This PNY SSD did not disappoint! I found it for a great price at Best Buy and it was very easy to install. I was able to get MacOS High Sierra (the latest version the 2011 iMac can use) on this SSD in no time. This drive, coupled with 16 gigs of RAM made the 9 year old iMac the perfect school computer for my nephew. The drive is very zippy and fast and can handle all of the programs my nephew needs for school.

Great budget SSD to boot off of for your computer. The bigger 1TB version can come with a Drive clone software if you are looking to upgrade your hard drive to an SSD

PNY is not my favorite SSD. Decent speeds but you never get what is advertised from PNY. It is worth the price and beats the heck out of any regular HDD.

Got this SSD on sale. Needed cheap small storage to update an aging laptop. Breathes new life into it. Boots up super quick and is very snappy now. Best bang for your buck to upgrade.
