I haven't had any issues with the SSD, but there are definitely better ones out there for the same price or cheaper if you do the research.

Bad SSD i do not recommend anyone buy this or if you are using move or backup your data this SSD failed on me within a year lost years worth of data. I still have a HDD from my first computer almost a decade old that still works flawlessly compared to this cheap trash SSD.

I purchased two of the CS900 1TB drives last year. One is still working, but one started to exhibit major issues. It would not show up in the bios of two different computers I use for gaming. Would also not show up in the OS. Both motherboards it was used on knew something was there, but could not tell what the drive was. This would cause Windows to stall booting up.

Worst SSD purchase i've ever made. This thing died in less than 6 months. Ive got numerous SSDs still running strong 7+ years later, used in numerous different PC builds in my home. PNY is the only brand ive had an SSD fail from and ive had 2 PNY drives fail on me in the last 8 years of building PCs. Will not be buying anymore PNY products.

Given wrong specs for buying a replacement battery for Laptop. Needed to return the battery to amazon for a second time. Work to replace batttery not performed.

For the price, it was a perfect upgrade to an old HDD, boot time is less than 20s.

A few weeks after installing this drive, it reports SMART status failure. Best Buy sold me garbage and since I didn’t pay $14 more dollars for the privilege of buying their garbage, I’m stuck with it. They have my money. I have e-waste.

Bought 3, all degraded in under a year. Not worth the purchase.

Brought as extra storage, but failed in a week. Now the drive keeps disconnecting and failing to save or delete files.

Good read speed horrible and I mean horrendous write.

This thing went corrupt with bad sectors 3 months after i installed it. I lost everything family photos you name it. Dont waste your money on something you cant trust.

The SSD only worked a couple of months, right now is a piece of trash, DON'T BUY IT.

Died within 4 months of purchase I wouldn't recommend as this has a flaw with it

Cheap and easy to install storage. Does not come with any sata cables.

Works well, super fast for games and has a lot of storage for all sorts of things. Was super useful for editing some videos I was working on and for installing games.

Used this to replace an old laptop hard drive that was not enjoying Windows 11 they way it used to enjoy Windows 10. Now my laptop boots in seconds and no more delays opening programs. Seems like a great drive.

good product worth about 40$ for a 1TB in this day and age; only gripe is when paying for up front items NO BEST BUY SHOULD EVER HAVE YOU STAND IN THE SAME DANG LINE THE RETURN LINE IS! THAT SUCKS AND BEST BUY BETTER BUY BETTER OULL ITS HEAD OUT ITS TAIL! Hire more people but pre paid in advance orders taht have you drive top go get should have its own line. Dont like my comments go call 1-800-Cry-Baby ; Fix this as it makes it tough to want to ever buy online when you can get teh same item delivered to your home off amazon even cheaper!

Swapped this in for a 1tb blue hhd and it is so amazing how much faster it runs.
