Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I used to buy PNY solid state drives in the first came out about over six hundred of them 598 of them died in the first two months said I would never buy a PNY drive again the new generation PNY seem to be okay I bought about 10 so far from Best Buy and so far they continue to work I pray they do if so I'll be very happy if not then I pray the Best Buy will take them back because being wise a company cannot contact they're very difficult to get a hold of

When they went on sale, I bought 3 just to have and have already used one. Very nice for improving the performance of old computers and giving them new life.

PERFORMANCE IS GREAT

I had a hard drive of 500 GB and used about 130 GB and rest was free, but it was getting too slow. When I changed it to Solid State 240 GB, it is amazingly fast and with all my files transferred I am having about 130 GB memory left. SS drives are magic compared to rpm type hard drives. For higher capacity you will have to spend more. There it comes the downsize which is OK for me but not for everybody.
