Easy to install. Works well so far. Using in a Dell desktop. Have had no problems.

With my daughter attending virtual school, I revamped my 10yr old Lenovo T420 by replacing it with the PNY -240GM SSD memory. I did not want to shell a whole lot of money by purchasing a brand new laptop and with a small investment I was able to get her the laptop for this school year. Read a lot of negative reviews but to me the PC performance is good and serves the purpose.

Computer crashed and upgraded to SSD which sped up computer well. Priced very reasonably.

With the cost of SSD's coming down, this is a great deal. Drive is fast, and and at 240gb of data, you will have plenty of size to store those movies and music files and not have to worry. Great buy!

Purchased as a test idea for my Xbox One X. I placed this SSD into a external adapter and connected to my Xbox thru the front USB 3.0 to format it for Xbox use. Afterward I relocated it to one of the back USB 3.0 plugs. Transferred a few of my larger game files from the Xbox 4 gig external drive to it (including Dragon Ball Kakarot). I have noticed load times between scenes and even initial load times of all games have reduced by almost half. After a successful test run of 3 months I purchased a 1 gig SSD and now using this for all my games that I play that have long load times at startup or in game.

Ssd is good restart faster x5 than the hdd a lot and is storage enough for me.

This is not a high-end SSD but it did significantly improve my computer's performance; faster startups and much quicker application launches. My only disappointment is that the SSD's speed is still the bottleneck in my build's overall performance hence 4 stars and not 5. FYI You will need an additional SATA II cable (does not come with the SSD) to connect the SSD to your motherboard. Also the SSD will be discoverable by your BIOS, but will NOT show up on the Hard Drive list until the appropriate driver is loaded, which happens in the background as long as you have an internet connection, then you may initialise the SSD.

It was easy to install and going from a standard hard drive to solid state the boot time speed is instant now.

Great speeds and great value. It's an SSD what more can I say? It's not a 5 star because it isn't a Samsung SSD. However, you'll get faster than HDD performance at a super great price.

my mechanical HD on my computer went and replaced it with this one. it's enough capacity to hold the OS and the 2 software I use, I don't do any sort of graphical editing, nor store any files that will deplete it's capacity fast. This is great for a work computer that doesn't require a lot of storage and can use an SSD upgrade over mechanical HD for faster boot times and accessing of data etc.
