My Desktop Computer had a Primary Hard Drive Failure and I needed a replacement, so I decided to upgrade from a Hard Disk Drive to a Solid State Drive. Best decision ever. This hard drive is used for my Operating System and Essential Programs. This Hard Drive helped make my Operating System run faster and smoother.

It is a decent SSD, certainly not the fastest, but not the slowest either. I contacted their tech support due to it being half the speed of SATA III, and they informed me to exchange it. I exchanged it for a Samsung. When installing the Samsung, I noticed my MB had headers for 2 different controllers, Intel, and an offbrand, so that may have been the issue. Either way, I highly recommend the Samsung as they are by far the best SSD on the market, but if that is not an option, this isn't a bad budget SSD.

I was in need to replace my old hard drive and wanted to buy a reliable, light and cheap unit. This item met the requirements. I was able to extend the battery life of my laptop, and increase the speed of accessing applications on the unit. It saved an old laptop, and it made the computer more fun to use.

These are great budget drives. I use them to replace old spinning disks constantly because they're noticeably faster and cost effective.

This is a very cheap SSD when it is on sale. And it performs well.

Had to replace another brand that died thankfully during warranty period, happy to report that this one worked flawlessly under the box with a fresh install of Windows 10. Seems to boot faster and I am glad to see that there is a 3 year warranty. Have been happy with PNY memory so I suspect I will be just as pleased with this SSD. Well worth the price point.

good SSD for the price. makes a huge difference to your computer!

I wanted to get more storage for my pc but the other brands were just too expensive for me. I chose this one and there’s nothing wrong with it! Works just as good as my SanDisk plus SSD and about half the price! Would buy again! Had a little trouble at first but after going into some programs and doing some research it worked.

Fast replacement for internal data drives. Can really speed up lod laptops adding few more years of life. Only issue is movikg os to new HD is not very easy. Windows does not provide a way. You need third party software such as partition magic. Maybe they should make a combo which includes this software.

This SSD is a great balance between a low price and a decent amount of SSD capacity. 120GB drives are a bit small and can be too limiting for some uses, while 480GB drives are nice and big but tend to cost a lot more. These are a good balance. I own several and they have all been reliable and lightning fast compared to any spinning hard drive.

I replace old HDD with this SSD, fast boot time and seems run faster

Got it and it comes with an adapter with tape if you need it (some pc's or laptops may need this as it makes the driver thicker). Got no problems cloning my old laptop's hard drive to this one (comes with a free code for a cloning software). Now my laptop has gotten new life! It boots fast and opens programs quick! Hopefully the drive will last long!

These drives are inexpensive and bring great performance for the buck, replace your old platter drive ASAP to see a HUGE difference!

Very good -not quite excellent- transfer rate. Much faster than any motorized HD. Holding same performance levels as when it was installed. Very good value.
