Have a old computer that ran on a old hdd. Very slow and unresponsive. Switched to this ssd and now it works fast. Recommend if you have a budget build.

Replaced the hard drive in a Mid 2011 Macbook Pro. It worked great, but you may need run a few terminal commands to enable trim. This is an Apple thing and not an issue with PNY.

Couldn't pass up a 240gb SSD for $30. Used it to replace a 120gb ssd as a C drive. 30min later after the clone was done, system was up and going with 2x the drive space available.

Very fast drive, boots windows quickly. I've had it almost for a year and still running strong. Only thing is I'll get a 500gb or more cuz 240gb runs out fast.

PNY has been making great products for a long time. This particular drive caught my eye because I was looking for a SSD at a great price. This was a deal and works perfectly.

My aunt's old laptop was throwing read errors on it's factory drive. There this in and now the word are gone and the laptop's a bit faster booting up and loading apps.

Summary says it all. This will bring new life back to an older laptop. Included was the software to transfer old HD to new SSD. You will need to get an usb cable. Transfer was super easy.

This SSD is great for an upgrade over a mechanical HDD. Faster boot times means more time doing what you want to do and not waiting on your OS to load. Great drive overall!

Got this item on sale, great value. Was not looking for too much storage, this was just right. Was able to finally condense many USB sticks I had on me.

The SSD has enough room for the OS and some spare space, which is why I bought it. Hopefully the drive is reliable and I won't loose anything important.
