Its bonus is that it's a quick cheap SSD

With this said, it does a basic job. But over all, I'd chose Sandisk over this for the third party support it has.

PNY is value priced brand that has been reliable for me so far and having them available at your local store for instant gratification is great.

A good value upgrade for a older MacBook pro

This SSD provided a speedy upgrade for a fraction of the cost of buying a new Mac. $28 on sale. If you have a MacBook Pro pre 2012 with a upgrade already hard disk, consider this awesome product.

Fast Entry SSD
