Brought new life to an old laptop

Thing is it had a 5,400 rpm hard drive which was dying. Was able to reinstall Window Operating and copy some files over, and now my old laptop is lightning fast again!

Good SSD for the price

The only disadvantage was PNY does not provide software to clone hard disk if you want to upgrade your system. It would make people buy bigger drive when they upgrade it.

It installed easily, fit perfectly and I had the discs that had been burned when the laptop was new so windows installed with little trouble. I was even able to upgrade to win-10. The solid state drive is faster than the old HDD and the computer works fine with it. good repair/upgrade by this 80 year old geezer.
