It’s excellent with my iPhone. It freed up a lot of space and it’s portable.

This product works great to unload your pictures from your iPhone and get your capacity back.

I was looking for a tool that could save pictures from my phone and then present them on a large screen. I order a bunch of gizmos online and none were compatible with both my devices ( which was really frustrating). Then I decided to go to Best Buy, and oh man, found this device which does exactly what I needed and beyond!

This product is easy to use for to the fact that is a plug and play also the app is easy to use. It is very good to have due to te fact that Apple doesn’t have a really good communication with windows computers in general as far as transferring the media from the phone to the computers.

It worked great. It was a little hard to get started but after I figured it out, things went smoothly. I was able to move all of my photos from my iPhone to the storage and my phone cleared up a ton of memory.

Great usb if you have an iPhone or just want to use it as a regular usb. I transfer all my photos and videos to it so I can free up space on my iPhone.

Purchase for wife. She loves that it's easy to download pictures to save and can carry along to family functions to share

Been using this for awhile now. It took a few tries to get it to transfer but once I figured it out it does a great job. I had been looking for a way to transfer pics/vids form phone to computer, and this is by far the best solution

This is the fourth one of these I’ve bought to back up my photos. They are very easy to set up and use.

I spent hours trying to figure out how to use it. I followed the user manual and I was able to download videos and pics from phone to USB, but when I plugged the USB into the PC in order to transfer materials, my PC didn't recognize it. After downloading some video editors and watching a couple You tube videos, I realized that the user manual tells users to turn the encryption button on when you plub USB into the phone. However, if this option is on, the PC doesn't recognize it. Once I unclicked encryption, the PC recognized it and I was able to transfer videos and pics. I wish it was written somewhere in the user manual. The user manual itself only shows how to download videos and pics from Phone to USB. No steps are shown to then take these videos and transfer the to MAC or PC.
