Great storage and easy to use. Good way to backup photos

I spent hours trying to figure out how to use it. I followed the user manual and I was able to download videos and pics from phone to USB, but when I plugged the USB into the PC in order to transfer materials, my PC didn't recognize it. After downloading some video editors and watching a couple You tube videos, I realized that the user manual tells users to turn the encryption button on when you plub USB into the phone. However, if this option is on, the PC doesn't recognize it. Once I unclicked encryption, the PC recognized it and I was able to transfer videos and pics. I wish it was written somewhere in the user manual. The user manual itself only shows how to download videos and pics from Phone to USB. No steps are shown to then take these videos and transfer the to MAC or PC.

This product was sooooo helpful to me. I was able to download work files and pull them up on my cell phone, no matter where I was, with little space taken up in my bag or purse. Truly a great product. Why did I use past tense? Because my Goldendoodle whom never messes with my stuff, had one wild moment and chewed my duo-link in half. I lost everything on it. Lesson learned, keep my prized possession out of reach.

The Duo Link Flash Drive is a great way to store photos and other documents to be able to use as extra storage space or to transfer to other devices with USB connection.

I needed to free up more storage on my phone and this was the perfect and easy fix. I was able to use this to transfer photos and delete them from my phone but not have them erased completely.

This product lacked instructions in the package, had to go on line to find how to use. After playing with it one can figure out how to use this product.

Other than downloading the app for this it is just plug and play. Easy and simple to use. I have bought other products to try and get large 4K videos off of my phone and this is the only device that was able to do it. Transferring pictures was basically instantaneous. My large 4K 15+ minute video only took a minutes or so. PNY is always my go to. Would definitely buy again.

Added some pics to my PNY Duo Link when I first bought it. Transfereed some to my computer as screen savers. Then Hurricane Laura dropped a tree in our home and displaced from even my Duo Link. Wish I had it to dump some pics off of my cell. Found out they aren't as scary to deal with as I imagined! This is the first one I've ever owned
