Easy to use to download from iPhone . Compact holds a lot

I thought it was a wonderful item that was being sold at a price that was unbelievable. I thought the price was so good I had to obtain a second one. If you’re interested in looking to free up some space on your I phone highly recommended

Easy to use and downloaded my pics fast ! Stored over 6,000 pics !

Had several problems downloading pictures from my wife's phone but finally got it done after several tries. Instructions were not as clear and helpful as needed. Had to figure a lot of things out by ourselves.

Very pleased; was able to use this to transfer files, pictures, etc. from tablet to phone. Very thankful, as this was used to move files from my late family member's tablet. Lots of precious memories preserved. You have to download the app, but that was no issue. Very easy to use.

This is perfect for transferring pictures from your iPhone or iPad to your computer and vise versa. Make sure you download the app for all devices and start using it. Simple and easy. The only thing that would make this better is to have a cap for the USB connector. Or provide a small case or bag to store it in.

I had bought another brand lightning flash drive to help my mom manage the storage on her 16gb iPhone SE. It failed constantly and I returned it. This PNY duo-link drive was what I was looking for. The app is easy to use. It works flawlessly and transfers files very quickly thanks to the USB 3.0. Very satisfied with this product.

Storage on most cell phones are limited and along with that it is somewhat of a drag to have to transmit photos you want to keep to an email account or to the cloud( I don't use the CLOUD) . This is where this little drive helped me out and I will probably be purchasing a larger one in the future. Works great for what I need to do.

I love my Duo Link. I often take quick photos on my smartphone and need to transfer them. I take way too many grandkid photos also. I simply plug in the link & click transfer, it’s done. Sorts for me.

I wasn't able to backup my 2nd generation iPad mini or save my photos from the iPad to my computer. This little gizmo took care of that problem. It is easy to use and solved my problem. I can now save the photos to my computer and run a backup on the iPad.

Very easy to use. Replaces a device bought on Amaz** that never worked quite right. The app is intuitive and has been working well to copy pics from iPhone 7. Thumbs up

I primarily bought this as a solution to view videos ripped from my DVDs. Works great with the app on the iPad. But just know you cannot use it with DRM movies. The only other issue is there are no caps for either connectors to protect them. Be mindful of how to store it to avoid damaging the connecting ends.

Had my doubt on the thumb drive but i found it to be so easy had no problems downloading music so ican take it with me. Thank you
