    The rating is for the Geek Squad. They’re always helpful and take care of the customer. The rest of the store needs help. I’ve gone in to buy something and wind up leaving empty Handed because I can’t get help.

    This drive is found quickly on my Win 7 PC. Data in/out is very fast. Only issue is that it is a little hard to open and close. Hope that gets easier with time. Got it at BB on sale - very good pricing.
