I have had several PNY flash drives and have not had any trouble with any of them, and I expect this one to work reliably as well. My only issue with the PNY drives is that the slide cover locks in place a little too hard, it takes a bit more force than I would like to pop free and slide open.

Data storage on the go
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The PNY Turbo Plus 64GB USB drive is a great way to carry and back-up your data on the go. I have a USB drive attached to a lanyard at all times, and this is my new choice. Being USB 3.0, the PNY is very fast at uploading and downloading data. Much faster than a 2.0 version. The 64GB size allows me to back-up my laptop's personal data in one place. A real must for those who back-up in three places and want their data available when the cloud is not.

All I needed it for was to transfer some photos off of a hard drive over to this flash drive to give to a customer who I was recovering the photos for. It worked great for what I needed, although I can’t speak of its longevity since my customer has it now.

I found this Flash Drive and read the specs. on it and decided to try it because if it didn't work correctly, I wouldn't be out a lot of money. So far it seems to work, is very easy and quick, and I can retrieve items from it.

Excellent mass storage

I like the retractable cover feature as it is convenient and impossible to mislay. I did not do a formal read/write test on this unit but it met my expectations for transferring large files (mainly of digital photos) on a regular basis. I got it on sale and the cost was quite reasonable.
