PROS: At msrp the price is fair. Its a solid csrd for the price. 4k on every title, with the help of dlss on some or most of them. Good frame rates. Stays cool and quite. Cons: only 12gb of vram, which gets toght in mldern games. If you havnt bought one yet wait for the 5070 super thats coming out in 9 months. Its got 18gb vram and its the same price

We all know the state of graphics cards currently. A 70 series card should not cost this much, but this was the only 5070 available at MSRP. I refused to pay a 200 dollar markup for RGB and an overbuilt cooler on a 70 series card. Now for the actual review: PNY does not disappoint. I ran this card for about 2 hours and it stayed consistent 68C at 72F ambient. Whisper quiet at around 40% fan speed If anything the fan curve could be a little more aggressive. I did mess with some overclocking and got noticeable gains. On MSI afterburner I maxed out the power slider, maxed out the memory slider, and added +250mhz to the core. Temps remained safe around 70C and the fans still couldn't be heard over my CPU cooler.

I changed my old PNY 4060ti with this card. I can say that buying this card at this price is really a very good deal. The performance is amazing, and it is really silent. I play all the games that I like with the highest settings, and the FPS is really high.

I was running an RTX 3070 at 1080p, but when I upgraded to 1440p I needed a massive upgrade to ensure I could run games at high/ultra settings at stable/smooth frame rates. With my new 180hz 1440p monitor, I can run most games comfortably at around at least 80fps using high-ultra settings (worst case being Cyberpunk), but usually around a stable 120fps or higher. Fortnite for instance runs at a stable 160-180fps at high/ultra settings. And that’s all without even touching frame gen! If you’re worried about frame gen’s latency, I totally understand, but to negate it as much as possible just ensure your base frame rate before frame gen is above 60 or so. With 12GB of VRAM it’s enough for pretty much most games at maxed settings in 1440p. Overall, this card does a great job, running smoothly without overheating, or even any coil whine. It’s always quiet and powerful. If you can find this video card at MSRP or maybe even higher, I’d definitely recommend it.

The PNY GeForce RTX 5070 12GB OC delivers smooth 1440p and even 4K gaming with impressive efficiency. Its triple-fan cooling keeps temps low and noise minimal, while PCIe 5.0 ensures top-tier bandwidth. A solid, no-frills choice for serious gamers.

Card runs great. Not too loud and stays cool. 12GB VRAM is enough for 99% of games so I haven’t experienced any issues myself. If you look at that card as a stand alone product, it id great.

    Underrated excellent GPU for 1400p

The 5070 is probably the most underrated GPU of the current generation. Due to its 12gb of VRAM, which is less than both AMD and NVIDIA's more budget alternatives (16gb for both the 5060ti and 9060xt) a lot of hate gets piled on this card. But personally, coming from someone who was running an 8gb AMD 7600 which was a solid 1080p card, the 5070 has been a great pair with my 1440p OLED monitor and can handle any modern games I throw at it at well over 100fps in most games. Considering the mark-up and limited availability of so many GPU's currently, if you can get this one at or near MSRP it gives great performance

This PNY NVIDIA 5070 is an incredible value.. performance is flawless and the quality is outstanding. Couldn’t be happier with how smooth it runs. The in-store pickup experience at Best Buy was just as impressive. I simply showed the QR code, and the staff quickly handed me the item.. no waiting at all. Super fast and hassle-free. I love both the product and in store experience!!!

The RTX 5070 12Gb GDDR7 is a powerful hrsphics card easily capable of handling day to day tasks at low power then easily crank up to 200w when you’re ready to game. The power draw is pretty low for the performance you get out of it. Easy 1440p 60fps for newer AAA RTX games, some even 100+, and games that are a few years old now can run at 4K 60fps or 1440p 100+ all day long. Pretty impressed with the performance you get, and it was slightly cheaper than the RTX 4070 12Gb GDDR6X I purchased in 2023. The PNY model is sleek, plain black, no bright rainbow RGB, pretty small, and quiet with three fans. Multi-frame generation is cool but I haven’t tested it yet.

In a world where GPUs appreciate value faster than my TSMC porfolio, best buy remains a bastion of reasonable prices. The card works fine, shipping fast, and was cheaper than most used versions. As for the card itself, solid card other than 12gb may not be enough 5 years down the line. Not too loud either. Good value for buck

I have to say after hearing negative feedback from these 50 series cards, they’re still way better and cheaper than the 40 series. I replaced my 4070 ti super with this one. It’s not as bulky and it gives me more fps. Also, a new 4070 ti super cost just as much as the 5080 but I didn’t want to spend that much money. I’m still happy though.

    PNY GeForce RTX 5070 12GB OC GDDR7 PCIe 5.0

PNY GeForce RTX 5070 12GB OC GDDR7 PCIe 5.0 Graphics Card Review Reviewed by FixFast PC Repair – fixfastpcrepair.com At FixFast PC Repair, we’ve had the opportunity to install and test the PNY GeForce RTX 5070 12GB OC GDDR7 graphics card in several custom builds. Overall, this GPU delivers an excellent mix of next-generation performance, stable thermals, and strong value for both gamers and professionals. Performance The RTX 5070 is powered by NVIDIA’s latest Blackwell architecture, offering improved ray tracing and AI-driven performance over previous generations. With 12GB of GDDR7 memory and PCIe Gen 5.0 bandwidth, it handles modern games at 1440p and even 4K in many titles with ease. The card also supports DLSS 4, which enhances frame rates without noticeable image loss, and NVIDIA Studio drivers for creative workloads. Cooling and Build Quality PNY’s triple-fan cooler design keeps this card running quietly and efficiently. During stress tests and gaming benchmarks, we observed temperatures staying in the mid-60s Celsius, even under heavy load. The metal backplate adds rigidity, while the overall build quality feels solid and durable. Installation and Compatibility This card uses the newer 12VHPWR power connector, so make sure your power supply includes the appropriate cable or adapter. At about 299mm long, it’s a large card, so verify clearance in smaller cases before installation. Setup and driver installation were straightforward, and the card ran smoothly across multiple systems we tested. Considerations While 12GB of VRAM is sufficient for most current games and workloads, users planning heavy 4K rendering or AI applications may find themselves limited over time. Some reports mention minor coil whine or fan noise on certain units, but this has not been an issue in our own installations. Verdict The PNY GeForce RTX 5070 12GB OC offers exceptional 1440p gaming performance, impressive cooling, and modern features like DLSS 4 and PCIe Gen 5.0 support. It’s an ideal upgrade for users coming from RTX 30-series cards or older GPUs who want cutting-edge performance without the extreme cost of flagship models.

I bought this for my first pc build and I couldn't be happier. it does amazing at 1440p and it can even play games at 4k. the only draw back is that it only has 12gb of video memory but for 1080p and 1440p gaming its not really a problem for the games that I play.

Love my 5070 almost as much as I loved paying MSRP and picking it up in-store because it was in-stock. This is my first GPU purchase in years that didn't feel like a total scam. As far as the card itself, it performs as needed and then some. My rig is setup for 1440p and I'm seeing framerates I haven't seen since being on 1080 years ago. This card in particular gets some major backlash for it's price, positioning, and advertisement claims. But truth be told, it was the sweet spot for my budget and at this price, none of the competition comes close.

Runs cool and quiet. This is an excellent card for 1440P high refresh rate gaming and 4K gaming with reasonable expectations and DLSS. If you can get this card for $549, you'll be very, very happy for years to come.
