Simple way to vastly improve your graphics quality. Make sure your current power supply can support it first. 300w minimum if I recall correctly. Great price for such a huge upgrade.

This has definitely done the job for me. My Dell XPS 8500 desktop from 2012 is obviously getting long in the tooth. The Nvidia card that was provided by Dell died for some reason and I had switched to the Intel graphics built in to the CPU, but that was not going to work with the 3840x1600 monitor I just bought. I bought this card as just about the minimum that can work and it has been a basically unnoticed part of integrating the new monitor into my life. It won't help you with running Cyberpunk at max settings but it will help you use a 4K monitor for more mundane use.

I bought a new, discontinued desktop computer (HP i7), and I wanted to connect additional monitors. With only 1 expansion slot, and with a PSU that had zero extra power leads, I thought it best to buy a slim, trim card in the middle of the GPU pack, but one that also had GDDR5 memory. This one fit the bill, I like Nvidia's software & driver updating process, and it was on sale, so I saved $20 to boot.

This PNY GeForce GT1030 fixed my graphics issue. Now I don't need to buy another computer! My old GPU was a Radeon RX 560 that kept showing bright green and bright pink pixelation on text and images. I was about to give up and buy a new PC, but decided to try this low cost option and it solved my problems. I am not much of a gamer, so I don't know how it'll do on online games, but it work perfectly for Youtube and slot machine games. I am very happy with this GPU. It works perfectly.

Pentium 4 - Still kicking Thanks to GeForce GT1030

Installed this in an old intel motherboard with a Pentium 4 2.80 GHz processor. The previous video card was a GeForce 710 with 2 GB of GDDR3 memory. The motherboard RAM is 2 GB. This card has 2 GB of GDDR5 memory. This made a huge improvement in a truly ancient computer that is only used occasionally. I can now stream news programs from the internet (i.e. Newsmax). This computer also has a solid state drive. A video card any larger than this would simply not fit in the old server case.

For those of you who don't game, but watch a ton of shows online, this graphics card is a game changer. The GT1030 is very low power, so you don't really need to upgrade your current power supply box. After you install, just make sure to download the Nvidia app to make the necessary changes. In addition, if you also need to use your integrated graphics, search online to get into BIOS to enable integrated GPU.

This thing saved my Optiplex from the landfill. Able to play most triple A games at medium to low setting. I primarily play World of Warcraft which is more cpu based but with constant 60-80 FPS on medium setting if that helps anyone. Low profile doesn’t interfere with other slots. Fan is quiet and passive cooling keeps temp under 50 while overclocked using PNYs software. Priced well and available at almost all Best Buy locations.
