Great Value Memory

This chip upgraded my RAM to 8BG, plugged right in, and was recognized immediately. This RAM chip, plus a Samsung SSD drive makes my machine run lightening fast. No need to buy a whole new computer!!

Works for macbook.

I'm the kind of customer who lives to waste time. So I don't mind jumping through hoops. Only thing I should have done was purchase more ram to get 16 I only got 8 cause it apple officially support that.

Perfect for a cheap upgrade to old hardware.

No trouble installing at all, timing was set by SPD and it matched up to the stock rams timing with no issues. Runs cool with no noticeable changes in power consumption or battery life.

Great product

When you pushed the power button, it would beep 4 times indicating an issue with the memory. Took out the 2g stick of DDR3 and replaced it with this 4g stick. The laptop started right up! It was a great price too!

Great memory upgrade

But over the last year, updating to Windows 10 and some new software I needed more memory. This boosted my memory over the top. My systems runs fantastic. Thanks to the quality of this memory module upgrade and Geek Squads marvelous work.

The PNY DDR3 memory is a great value for an aftermarket product. Best Buy always has competitive pricing and plenty in stock, even when on sale!

It took awhile to get it to fit right( I was being very gentle..too gentle lol) but a heard the click and knew it was in place. I checked my system to see if it recognized the extra added memory and it did! took less than 10mins

I used the same pc to do the testing. When running windows 10 , 8gb of memory is a must so I purchased two of these modules. I would definitely recommend this memory!!
