PNY has long been an exception digital memory buy. This purchase was no different. It works first time, every time. What more could you ask. Upgraded a Windows Platform to maximum RAM capacity to make it faster by eliminating most virtual RAM operations with the HDD. Customer was happy and price was right.

Increased RAM in my 2010 MacBook Pro 1 year ago and the performance improved considerably. Did the same this time around with my iMac, but the improvement was moderate. Maybe too many processes going on at the same time. I increased memory to 16gb.

made it easy for me outside their being an excellent computer company they instantly approved me for a visa best buy card without my asking for it. their prices for memory or solid state drives are very competitive say against microcenter. frys was not even close to the items I did buy that day

We were readying laptops for a conference and noticed one was very slow. A systems review noted the laptop was so old it had minimal RAM. We purchased this to add to bring the laptop up to the maximum it would hold. The difference was immediately noticeable.

I bought the 4GB SODIMM module to double the memory capacity of a laptop. The module inserted itself very nicely and was immediately recognized by the laptop.

This memory stick was the perfect match for my Samsung RV511. It took all of 5 minutes to add it. I needed this memory in order to manipulate large Excel files and I immediately noticed a difference when opening large files.

My wife's Dell laptop was bought with 4 Gig of RAM. It was time to upgrade, so I purchased 2 of these 4 Gig RAM boards to replace the two 2 Gig RAM boards that were in it. That plus an SSD HD made boot up times go from 1 1/2 to 2 minutes to a screaming 15 to 18 seconds. My wife is very happy.

Charlene called me to tell me her pc was very sluggish, so I took a look at her system settings and realized she was running windows 8 on only 4 gigs. Went over to best buy and found a 4 gig memory chip so I could bring her system up to 8 gigs total,.... painless up grade would do it again.

Great ram for basic and business class computing. The price rivals many of the normally less expensive online memory companies with the added bonus that it's in stock a short drive from us whenever we need it.

Added in conjunction with existing 2gb memory card on hp notebook and worked without a hick up. For the price you cant go wrong I've had it for over a month and computer definitely improved. Just remember to check your page file on windows systems to assure proper settings.

I've been meaning to upgrade my laptop ever since I got it. Sure, it worked just fine, but I'm a guy. "More power," you know? And in that case, this memory upgrade more than pulls it off. It didn't cost a lot of money, either, so win/win.

The RAM was perfect for an HP pavilion model. You have to be sure that when you upgrade RAM, your model is capable of handling more than what it already has installed. I would recommend looking into the manufacture's website and look up the model number of the PC just to be sure.

bought this to upgrade my 4GB laptop. Noticed the faster performance right away. Programs and system load noticeably faster. Super easy to install, just pop in with computer off (of course because you need to remove battery), turn on computer, it's in. Very happy with purchase.

I'll give them 5 stars because I'm sure they work for other computers but they did not work at all in a 2010 MacBook Pro. I kept getting a boot error and tested it with a different set of chips from another manufacturer and those worked perfectly.

I bought this because I had 2 GB RAM in my laptop which was causing problems with other internal hardware and constantly running at maximum usage. This has solved all the problems I was experiencing and I still am using it to this day.

Although I have a master's in computer science, one doesn't need it to understand the importance of RAM on any electronic device. Most people think that all RAM modules are the same, which simply is not true. Pick the best to get the best results.!!!

I spent weeks looking for my specific RAM model, couldn't find any options under $100 & one day i just stopped in best buy to see what they had and found these!!! Most Inexpensive option i found, very reasonable price for the upgrade you are getting!

Windows 7 needed more memory to upgrade to Windows 10. Best Buy is my store to buy accessories for my PC. Left PC at store to have memory installed. No problem upgrading to Windows 10.
