I did not install this ram myself. Geek squad did it for me. With that said I went from 4 gig to 12 gig instead of buying a new computer. all programs start up quicker. I have both video and picture editing software. I can work faster with the upgrade.

I had Geek Squad do the install. They did so quickly (N Canton store) and were VERY helpful. I would definitely say it made a difference in my 3 year old Toshiba laptop (I3 with Windows 7). Much cheaper fix than buying a new laptop...thumbs up :)

While I had a really hard time getting the memory panel of my new HP Pavilion, once I got it, the RAM was really easy to install. It took less time to install than it did to get the panel off. Once I booted up, my laptop saw it immediately.

Needed to upgrade my laptop memory. Looked at various 4GB stick options and found this in stock at local store. Same price as others on the Internet. Bought 2. They work well.

My son looked this up, found it else where for a higher price. Asked him to check out Best Buy had the exact product recommended for his laptop at a better price and was in Stock. The associates were nice and knowledgeable.

If you want a faster computer no need to go buy a new one this bad boy here does the job, all you need do is open up your computer and just slide it in, if you're not confident geek squad can help, you'll see your computer speed turbo!

I you tubed a video on how to add ram to my computer. The Best Buy employee was very knowledgable and helped me find just what I needed! And my computer is much faster now!

I increased my inexpensive Toshiba laptop from 4 to 8gb and it seem to significantly improve the speed and efficiency of my computer for everyday navigation. I'm glad I both this extra memory for my computer. It was money well spent

For most laptops this is an easy upgrade ... even if your laptop doesn't have a door on the back just for memory upgrades, You-Tube can walk you through "how-to" every laptop I've run across!

I bought this because I was showing a need for more memory and was having a problem with printing a certain project. Unfortunately, it did not resolve my printing problem with a particular software but it did speed up my computer a little.

I needed more memory for my I-Mac and it was easy to upgrade. I added two cards and swapped two cards to upgrade the memory and it worked as expected. No issues and would do this again with no problems.

Worked well! Took a few minutes to install. Great price for the ram! Would buy again. Make sure you have the right specs. The upgrade was amazing had a mid 2009 macbook pro then upgraded it, now it works great!

My laptop was slow, soon after I installed this RAM into my Laptop, it starts working remarkably. I am confident about any product I buy from Best buy will work great. I like to shop BEST BUY !

My son need to upgrade his laptop to meet the minimum requirements from his college. I had the Geek Squad install the memory upgrade and they had it done in 10 minutes. Also price matched to Amazon and they honored the price.

I purchased online, picked it up at Best Buy, installed, and had a faster computer in less than an hour. I'm not tech savvy, and this was easy to do. Went from 4MB to 8MB and it made a huge difference in speed.
