This was originally purchased to upgrade a laptop but ended up installing in a Mac Mini. Works flawlessly in either system. The PNY brand has been a reliable and affordable choice over the years.

Bought it for my old 6 year old Mac laptop and it works. Wasn't sure about it at first, but my Mac read it just fine. My laptop still takes a bit to start up, but it seems to be running apps faster.

Compatible with my 2011 Imac. Helps running 16GB total. I have 8GB Crucial RAM with 8GB PNY RAM and have no issues so far. Recommended if you use multiple programs simultaneously or upload files to the internet.

I was totally amazed with the total performance of my old laptop after installing PNY memory. It works excellent and I got what I have been looking for.

Despite the fact that the box said not for an IMac, my sales associate said he was sure they would work in my new IMac and he was right and they were on sale for half what the correctly boxed pair cost.

I don't know how to get 50 characters in a RAM review. I did experience noticeable improvement in basic operational speed. Additional RAM improves almost all onboard performance and I am happy with my purchase.

Used it in my older laptop and it works. Make note of if your computer is DDR3 or DDR3L. They are not cross-compatible. Newer laptops use the 3L and stand for "low voltage" as manufacturers are hoping to extend battery life. I assume if you're REPLACING DDR3 with all DDR3L, you'll be fine. But I experimented in a different laptop crossing two sticks, one 3L and one that wasn't and it simply didn't recognize non-3L. So be aware of your RAM speed and RAM type before buying!

I originally had a 4 GB Rams on my laptop and didn't realize I grabbed the same amount on GB. Does it work, yes just as my original one. Went back aside exchanged for the 8 GB :-)

My computer was working pretty well, but it struggled sometimes when I would have too many tabs open while surfing the net with chrome. I upgraded the ram and now it works great.

I usually don't go to Best Buy for computer parts, but as of late Best Buy is comparable to Tiger Direct, Staples, and Office Depot. Great job Best Buy. I now have another choice for buying computer parts.

Bought two 4GB sticks without reading anything about it. As soon as I put them in my Mac, the difference was very noticeable. Not to mention, the only reason I bought them was the price.

To be honest i upgraded my HD to a SSD at the same time so not sure if I truly achieved anything with this upgrade. But they installed seamlessly and have not had any issues since the install.

Not much to say for a simple RAM upgrade, but I went into the store to pick up a few chips since my laptop lacked the speed I need for simple tasks. After installation my laptop was running great.

So far, all is well. I can't really say if this memory is good or very good because I am no expert. It fits, it works and my laptop seems to be a tad faster thanks to the extra RAM.

This memory stick did the job! My laptop kept lagging so I decided to purchase additional memory. This was highly recommended by friends of mine and it works great!

My wife installed this without problem in her laptop. She runs editing software for photography on her laptop and needed the extra memory for better performance with some of the new software versions.
