Laptop had begun to run sluggish with all of the internet based programs. Upon a closer examination and after multiple scans of the computer finding no viruses or malware, I deduced the problem was memory. After doubling what was originally there, it hums.

This product was recommended to me by the guys at best buy geek squad. I needed to upgrade my memory storage in my MacBook Pro. They were great to work with, and same day service. I went to lunch and when heading back to the office it was already done.

Was able to find this memory on sale. The store nearest me stated it was in stock, yet when I went there, was told they didn't have any. The next day I was near another store and was able to find it there. Wish the Best Buy inventory was real time.

my laptop came with just 4gb and i wanted to upgrade it. BBY replaced this 4 times. So far its working good with crashing. my new comp has 12GB from factory.

This is as much a review of the techs as it is the chip. This was my second purchase of RAM for my HP laptop. Both of them recommended by the techs at the store. The first one wasn't even the right speed and the second one (this one) while being the right specs is known (after research) to not be compatible with HP. The techbwhen I was returning the second one is the one who initially told me that. So why was it recommended and sold to me? Don't know. But my own guy found the same size RAM that DID work and with installation was the same price as the PNY.

Ignore the packaged speed. It is compatible with older & new laptops. Treat PC10600 and PC10666 as the same beast. It's DDR3 1333 all the way.

This 4G of RAM was easy to install only took a few minutes. Great product for the price. The only downfall was I needed 8 of them and the store only had 2 in stock.

I bought 2. 4gb memory sticks (8gb) total for my older laptop that I purchased 3 years ago from Bstbuy and it seems to be the right choice so far! I had 4gb installed and upgraded to 8gb.

Purchased and installed this garbage and it failed after 2 years. I installed in my daughters Laptop and my daughter came to me about 2 weeks ago stating the computer was no longer working. She has HP Pavilion G7 and researching their site didn't point in the direction of the RAM other than hardware. I had recently upgraded my Acer notebook with both RAM and SSD and used my original working parts to isolate it to the RAM. I used the ram from my ACER to get her working again and determined that this RAM was bad. 2 years? I've never had stuff fail like that prior but you live and learn. So, if I could give it zero stars I would.

Im not a tech person. Computer was being weird. Took it in to geek squad. They said i had a bad memory cell or something like that, fixed it with this... It works! Yay. Computers like new again. Happy is me :)

my rating with 1 star lesser is due to the price in the store.. everything else is too good .. my laptop used to make soud like a fire truck drifting with heavy load.. but after installing the ram it is working good.

This memory performed as advertised. Fit my laptop with no issues, upon reboot the laptop recognized it first time and my performance was drastically improved. I can not believe I waited so long to add it!

This product does not fit in the mid 2009 13 inch macbook. I have been mislead by other reviews on here that were people saying mid 2009 macbook when they should have specified Macbook "Pro". My fault

I purchased four of these and three worked great and one was no good. I had to take it back and get a replacement for it. I had no problem exchanging it and the replacement worked fine.

It's a great choice for upgrading late 2011 MacBook Pro. It meets all the specs and configuration. I'd recommend it anyone considering an upgrade

I bought this memory to upgrade my music laptop, but didn't realize it needed low voltage memory...so installed this in my other laptop and worked great...

I couldn't get it to work with a laptop where that based on the specs, it should have. Not sure if I got bad stick or an issue with the laptop.

The warrany is not clear. It appears to have a LIFETIME warranty, but that is very unlikely. Even the Geek Squad Rep helping me in the store thought it sounded odd.

I can say this RAM gets the just done on my laptop needs. I installed it with ease and booted up my Laptop and noticed a jump of speed with boot up times and program times. I would recommend it.

this was my favorite printer. thanks. I have used it and it works great . it has really great color and makes your work look better then the just plain black .
