Added this to a Toshiba laptop with Win 7 64bit. It only had 2GB of RAM, and this was a cheap and easy fix. That laptop got a huge performance boost.

Big difference from regular tam. I used this on my macbook pro late 2011. And it works fast. I use my macboo for final cut pro and it made a big difference.

I purchased these for my brand new MacBook Pro 2.53 and I have to say it works like magic. I did not even run the MacBook on its original 4 GB, however my boss and his boss both have the same MacBook minus the memory upgrade and I'd have to say after trying their laptops there is a really big diff. I have Mac OS X running side by side with Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. No slowdowns whatsoever on both OS'es. This upgrade is worth it, and is much cheaper than Apple's upgrade, and also Best Buy sells it at a far better price than if you buy directly from the manufacturer.

Very easy to install. Just unscrewed the panel under my computer, popped out the old ram and put this one in. Sped up my computer a lot

The extra RAM is great. It stopped all the slow down when I had too many windows open. And, the price was right.

I used this to upgrade a C50 laptop with 2 meg of ram. Helped as much as it could with speed. The C50 is a real slow processor.

My dad was complaining his 3-year old laptop was running slow. Was able to install the memory without problem and he noticed a performance increase on his Toshiba Satellite Laptop. I also reformatted his hard drive and re-installed OS and software which helped to get rid of some of the software bloat. Make sure you look up your specific laptop's model number and that you are ordering the correct type of RAM. You can also open the bottom panel and look at the specs on the existing RAM.

Double my PC RAM. Speed looks little fast after for internet activity. Run big program such as photoshop cs6 is faster than before.
