More memory is good!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I maxed out the memory in both my Intel i5 MacBook Pros. I bought the memory they had on the shelf. Geek Squad did the install on both. On my 13 inch machine, it did not work at all. I had to to take it back the following day. They kept it overnight and put a different brand of memory in it. Maybe this brand, maybe not. Now it works great! Just not sure of the brand currently installed.

Boost your laptop's performance in a snap!

Turn off your laptop, remove the bottom access door to your memory slots, remove the old chip, insert this one and button everything back up. That's it!

Nice noticeable upgrade. Although the in-store people including geek squad were 100% useless in trying to help me find the correct density memory. If I wasn't in a rush I would have just order online from a more knowledgeable place.

Functional for the McBook Pro and very affordable.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very hesitant to buy this PNY DDR3 SDRAM Memory Module, because it's for an Apple product (McBook Pro) and Apple's product is pretty difficult to accept anything but Apple. Well, this memory module fit the bill at a fraction of the cost of the Apple's module memory cost. My laptop is very fast now that I upgraded it to 8 MEG using this product.

Open up the case and this little guy just snaps right in. With a little Googleing even the least tech savvy can do this upgrade. Dead simple. It took longer to get the case off my Thinkpad than anything, although it's 4 screws and I've done it a time or two.
