    I bought this for my wife's budget Lenovo S145 series laptop. The RAM made a notable increase in performance of the dismal 4GB that came installed. A word of advice if you are looking to upgrade the memory in a Lenovo S145 series laptop. Remove the bottom of the laptop and physically verify how many memory slots are available. Lenovo's website lists the memory specs as one non removable 4GB module and one empty memory slot. My intentions were to add 8GB to the non removable 4GB for a total of 12GB, which would be sufficient for her needs. The specs are incorrect, there is only on memory slot on the motherboard, the RAM is removable also. If I had known that I would purchased a single 16GB module. After a considerable amount of time spent clicking on useless links, I was able to find the true specs for the Lenovo S145 series. Lenovo used different motherboards for this series, so the specs vary. I digress, the PNY RAM does what it's supposed to.

    Well I upgraded my storage from SATA to SSD. There is a remarkable difference as i have also upgraded my RAM from 8 to 16 GB. Till now things r pretty good will b playing some games to check its performance. Recommended to buyers

    It works as advertised. My friend needed more ram for his laptop but he only use it for light work. only one 4 gb of ram isnt good specially with windows 11. So i added another 4gb of ram to his computer and he couldn't be happier.
