Can't really complain because it's a free trial. Me personally I don't store a lot of large files so don't have much use for this. For someone who needs the extra space this is definitely valuable.

Came free with my laptop purchase. Not sure if I will load it because it has a cost after the trial. Not the only game in town.

I am new to the cloud so this will give me a chance to see if it is something I want to include in my computer experience. So far, it has been easy and convenient.

My wife loves the additional storage in the cloud - makes it easier for her to share photos, etc with her friends. May need to keep this after free period ends.

These added value offers did not appeal to me at this time. I think I gave it away. Needs might vary from friend to friend, I cannot recommend what I did not use.

It was free and easy to install but after the 6 month free trial period if I decide not to pay then what will happen to the data I saved?

Although the unlimited feature is nice, I'm not totally convinced about cloud storage. I don't like being dependent on their reliability and security. There are a few advantages for flexibility of accessing your data, but I would rather backup myself to a device, and also a second time to another device in case one becomes defective. Just my opinion. I chose not to use this. I recommend if someone is comfortable with this kind of data backup.

Unlimited cloud storage is wonderful. It's only for 6 months so be sure to re-up.

What a better way to back up and save all of those great times n memories with family, friends and loved ones. With the cloud, you'd be surprised of what it can do.

I tried this software out and its very easy to use. You can also send encrypted files up to the storage site which is nice. You can map network drives on your computer to backup from, but the software never sends any files up. Also, the pogoplug backup program is extremely slow, it may just be my connection though. Took on the order of days to back up my files. Also there doesn't seem to be any way to schedule it.

I didn't install this product, but I'm very happy that Best Buy provided it as a separate item rather than just loading it onto the computer it came with as bloatware!

I told them I probably wouldn't need one of these and I got it anyway. Tried it and the tower I got is so big it's not really necessary.

The unlimited cloud storage is extremely useful considering that many of the windows tablets out today have very limited storage

Great promotion to include with the purchas of an Apple laptop! Certainly is a helpful solution to the purchase of a laptop. Aids in backing up files.

I use it for my phone and laptop to back up all my files. Love that it's unlimited, It organized my files for me and backed up all my files over night.
