I came to Best Buy for the new Pokémon product release, and I have to say this store handled it better than anywhere I’ve ever been. The General Manager came out two hours before opening to meet everyone waiting in line and personally handed out tickets for every item. This was such a smart and respectful way to manage a high-demand release. Because of the ticket system, we knew exactly what we were getting, didn’t have to stress about our spot in line, and could step away and come back at opening without any chaos. It also saved everyone’s time both the customers who would’ve waited for hours with no guarantee, and the staff in the back who didn’t have to deal with a huge rush of people hoping for items that were already sold out. The whole process was smooth, organized, and incredibly considerate. Huge shoutout to the GM and the team for making a hectic release day actually enjoyable. I wish every store handled launches this professionally! I will definitely ONLY be coming to this store for all future Pokemon releases. And I ended up pulling my biggest chase from this box!

I’m so happy I was able to get this box on release and at MSRP. The UPC was in great condition and had absolutely amazing pulls and promos! Would definitely recommend buying one if you’re fortunate enough to run into one at Best Buy.

Used this $400 gift card for Pokémon stuff, and it was super easy. Added the card at checkout, balance applied instantly, and everything went through without a problem. Highly recommend if you shop at Best Buy often.

Been trying to get a hold of this box for a while and I can say I am not disappointed I got everything I wanted and more I’m happy with my purchase.

This was an ultracool item to buy. There was chaos in the line outside with one guy letting his 4 family members crash the line while the rest of us waited hours. I got one but just barely. Wish there was a numbering system outside to hand to people at 7:30 so you can't crash the line.

was last person in the line to get one and i felt so lucky. the upc gave me some crazy hits and the promos are gorgeous. plus the limit and holding product behind counter made everything a lot less stressful and anxiety ridden.

Great box. The promos are beautiful. The selection of packs covers the most recent releases. 18 packs for msrp was awesome for my kid.

My first elite box and did not disappoint! Pulled the top card- Mega Charizard. Promo cards are worth the cost of the box.

Waited hours in line didn’t even expect to get one was just PRAYING for at least an etb (mega evolution release day had no etbs)
