I played the original version on the Wii U and I like this one just as much. Not a lot has changed other than a few new fighters and support characters. Mostly only worth it if you've either never played the original or if you absolutely love the original.

I'm an avid Pokemon fan since its introduction in the US, and yeah pokken is basically Pokemon meets Tekken but it is a solid fighter that I missed out on Wii U. Glad I waited.

My whole family loves playing this game. We actually have 2 copies since we have 2 switches so we can battle against one another. Anyone who loves Pokemon would love this game!

This game is not really for the casual. The difficulty ramps up at the end so much that it becomes almost unfair how the NPC combos you. It's a nice party game though

Excellent fighting game. Family friendly. Love playing this with my kids who are thrilled to have this title in our home. Easy to learn and fun for Pokemon fans of all ages.

I’m not the best at fighting games yet only due to this being Pokémon I gave it a Chance and do not regret it. Overall excellent game and great for local multiplayer fun.

Great game. Not the typical turn based Pokémon I grew up with but more of a button mash and fight kind of game. Really cool to watch their specials when activated in a fight.

This game is great and entertaining for all pokemon and fighting game lovers. Great variety of characters and a good choice to play if you are with a couple of friends. You finally get to play Pikachu or to beat him to a pulp with Mewtwo.

Been waiting for this game for a while. Got to play the demo on the switch. Great attention to detail and a fun twist with "battling" Pokemon. Kids thoroughly enjoyed it.

I love this game! I always thought how cool would it be to have a mortal-combat/ street fighter version of Pokemon, and it here it is. They gone and did it! Very enjoyable

I've been a Poké fan since generation one! This game is a blast! Pokemon are even better without the turn based battling! A definite must for fans of pokemon.

This is a fun and exciting game that creates a lot of thrill. However after playing for endless hours it does become rather boring,less intriguing,and lackluster.

A lot of fun to play a fighting game as Pokemon characters. Animations are great and easy for a 6 year old to pick up and start mashing buttons with some success.

Good fighting game, no need to be a Pokémon freak to enjoy. Enjoyable for all people who likes fighting games. And the pikachu with the luchador costume is awesome!

The crossover between Tekken and Pokemon has brought us a fun game that finally puts you in control of the battle. Great for beginners and experienced players alike.

It’s a real-time fighting game, which I like a lot about. The narrative was a lot and long though. Other than that it’s a real fun game to play with your friends.

Good graphics on this one. It’s almost like a Typical fighter game for normal console but more fun because it’s portable. recommend to most Pokémon fans

Really fun game. I just wish there was more Pokémon to choose from. There’s only like, several hundred of them now, and only about 20 to choose from.

This game is absolutely awesome, I'm glad that I did not buy my own copy of it on the Wii u because this one is definitely the definitive edition of the game.
