Bought this as a gift for my son. I'm not a fan of Pokeman but he says it is a good game. We were excited that it was on sale and we got additional discount for being a Gamers Club Unlocked member. I enjoy the benefits of the membership and the guys in my house enjoy getting new games frequently. Win win!

For those who don't know, Omega Ruby is a remake of Pokemon Ruby for the Game Boy Advance. The plot features the familiar Pokemon fare: train pokemon, win badges, stop a terrorist organization from conquering/destroying the world, and become the Champion of the Pokemon League. This particular entry in the series offers additional post-game content, which is something of a diversion from the norm. Experienced players will need to find ways to provide a challenge, but those unfamiliar with RPGs will find this a great introduction to the genre. Level design is similar to the original while making some noticeable changes in a few areas. Controls work well, with or without the stylus. The new DexNav feature shortens the time it takes to track elusive pokemon, and with patience it ensures that you get stronger-than-normal specimens. Animations can get a bit repetitive if you use the same pokemon continuously, but with over 700 different 'mons, there's a lot of variety nonetheless. Music is lighthearted, and feels grand and cheerful. Overall, I'm pleased with the game.

Great remake on a classic series. Love the animations and the extra additions made to the game. Would highly recommend to anyone that loves the Pokemon series.

Epic remake of a great classic with all the awesome new toys of the most current gen, if you're a pokemon fan and prefer the earlier gens then get this!

Third gen gets underrated a lot but its really got some classic pokemon in it. Also the beginning of the game is a great callback to the original. Love it.

I knew for sure I'd like this game before purchasing it. I worried about it being a remake and being boring, but the extra things in it made it better.

The last game I played was Diamond for the DS and this one kind of blew me away. They did a good job with this remake, from the gameplay to the visuals.

I have spent dozens of hours playing this old school Pokemon adventure. The updated graphics are a great addition, but it's the new delta episode which takes place after the events of the main game that really steals the show. I would highly recommend a purchase to old and new fans of Pokemon. A cool addition is that this game has more legendary Pokemon than any before it!

Brought into the 21 century with actual 3d graphics. Was a good game on the GBA, but it's interesting seeing/playing it with a new, update game design.

My friend enjoys the game greatly and received the game 4 days earlier. More legendary Pokemon, more game play content, and a great in game user-interface.

this pokemon game is definitely top 3 among the cluttered amount of pokemon games out there. Basically if you like pokemon, even a little, its worth it.

This game is a very well done remake of the original Hoenn pokemon games. It expands on the game play of the original while keeping certain story elements.

A remake of one of the best generations with a lot of improvements. Worth picking up for newcomers or people with nostalgia towards the third generation.

I remember playing this game on my gba back in the day. It's the same game just with way better graphics.

This is a fun game, don't get me wrong. However it is another attempt by Nintendo to rehash a previous version of the Pokemon franchise, slap some new fancy paint on it and package it as a new entry. I'm waiting on Nintendo to reinvigorate the franchise and take it somewhere it bad never been.

this game had different features missing in other pokemon games. there is a lot of post game stuff to do. overall this game is fun and addicting.

I bought this game for my nephew and he loves it! It's really playable and easy to follow the story. The new mega evolutions make the game priceless.

Its great that they brought back so many of the older generation legendaries and hard to find pokemon. Such a great game, my 5 year old loves it.

My son is only 6, but is able to play this at a simple level. It is well-made and has a lot of hours of play built in. A good game from Nintendo.

I never got a chance to play Pokemon Ruby when it was on the GBA. It is great being able to play it with support for the latest generation.
