Purchased this game for my son for Christmas. When he was younger, he loved Pokemon so fun they came out with a Classic Pokemon game.

i know he likes as he has had everyone in the house play it. His grandfather evens likes it and has played for several hours.

You can never go wrong with Pokemon!! My son has collected all of them and is always pre-ordering whenever he hears of the new one.

I remember playing the original Ruby way back and having so much fun. With the upgraded mechanics and graphics, it's even better.

I was raised on pokemon from day one with red and blue then yellow. this game is everything those games were and then some.

Pokemon did it again with this one. They keep producing games that are similar but nostalgic at the same time. Will keep buying

Bought as a gift for my niece, needless to say I am a favorite uncle after this Christmas. She really enjoyed playing this game.

They did a good job remaking this game. Brought back some old memories with a bunch of new things to make the gameplay better.

I never played the original, so I can't compare it, but I can say that I like that Pokemon added some new and original features with this game, features that make life far easier for a perfectionist. I don't want to spoil things by going into details, but all the new things make the same old Pokemon series even more fun.

Used to have the old Ruby. This version brings back memories. Do not expect a brand new Pokemon game. It was a nostalgic experience. The 3D graphics were awesome. With so much to do and so many different Pokemon to find, it is a must for Pokemon lovers.

If you have liked previous entries in the Pokemon franchise you'll probably like this one too. I have only played Pearl and White prior to this one, but it is just as fun. I never played the original to compare it in that sense, but definitely a solid title.

This game is everything you loved from gen 3 Pokemon with all the modern updates like using repels and better organization

I enjoyed this remake. I love the original, this was a nice twist. It stayed true to its origin and nicely integrated the latest perks or the franchise. It was well done. But 4 stars, bias maybe, nothing tops the original. Worth playing if you like Pokemon.

Omega Ruby is excellent remake that truly stands out among the others in the franchise. With over 700 different Pokémon you won't get bored searching for new ones, but on top of that it gives old players of the originals a great sense of nostalgia and good memories. That's not to say that this game isn't for newcomers, because they will have just as much fun with this game than the nostallic players. Graphics: The 3D graphics look awesome on the 3DS, and everything from the Pokémon to the environments look great in the new edition. Gameplay: If you've played other Pokémon titles then you know what to expect. It's the same old fashion game, but of course with a polished update that makes the series feel fresh and entertaining. What's Different: Of course X & Y introduced Mega Evolve and this game is no exception to that new type of temporary Pokémon evolution. For players who didn't play the last games in the franchise just know all you have to do is find special stone to make your Pokémon do this special evolution. I don't remember if this was in the original, but in the 3DS remake you can actually sneak up on Pokémon you see hiding in the grass.

Just like any pokemon game, this game is amazing. Very fun gameplay and very enjoyable experience throughout the whole game.

I bought the game for my grandson..He rates it a very high 10..He loves it...

Never finished this game when I was a teen and so glad I went back to the well. It is so well done and so much fun to play.
