Very addicting game! I'm an old school Pokemon game and they're enough of the throw backs in to keep you invested, as well as a ton of new to explore and search for!

Overall I would say I am a big fan of Pokémon. This game at the very first start of the year did have its perks when the glitches came out. Now that it’s patched, I can say the games overall performance is worth it. If you are into open world Pokémon games, then I would highly recommend to get it. The hours of play time and strategy, make you feel immersed into the game. The storytelling is beautiful and phenomenal as well.

A beautiful game, but still it had several bugs but that is to be expected.

Love the game. Pokémon has always been a lifelong favorite and Scarlet did not disappoint. Lots to do and lots of Pokémon to catch. Best Buy was great as always.

Very fun game. I stayed up very late playing this game and it made me a lot happier since my mom was in the hospital.

This game is fun so long as you can look past the performance issues. I use a switch lite and I've never had any crashes or freezes or anything game-breaking. That being said, it is only one switch of many out there. If you like pokemon and don't mind low fps, it's absolutely playable. Yeah, it could run smoother. But the story and actual battles and gameplay make it worth it. Good game, if a bit graphically inept.

I love Pokémon and so do my little people. The game is worth it, beleive me. It's different, and the changes are good, though it could use a few patches with the graphics and lag. There are a few bugs but I do beleive they are patching it as quickly as they can. Overall it is a new Pokémon experience that combine aspects of Arceus and older generations which is a welcome change.

Technical issues hold it back from 5 stars but this open world Pokemon game is fun with a good story and lovable characters. Everything you’d want from a Pokemon game.

Despite some performance dips on tabletop/handheld, it is really what Sword/Shield should have been.. open as it says it is, pokemon designs aside their models are vaired in sizes & textured too! Expect Pokemon in its greatest take I think anyway. Gripes would be almost no double battles, lack of voice-acting with such detailed animation to go with is a real bummer. Im stuck reading subtitles while characters actually move & talk(?). Pokemon is finally taking the next step this gen, may it be small.

The game is amazing. The story is well polished and enjoyable. Some graphical issues with framerate do occur, but could be brushed up with patches. The new designs are really well done and thought out. The map is free roam effectively after achieving all the abilities of the legendary. A good amount of after story content too. Overall a wonderful game that needs fps patches

Pokemon VGC is fun. If you don’t play competitive Pokemon, then you may not enjoy. Pokemon single player experiences can be a drag at times

My son bought this game with his own money and loves playing it. He gets so excited when he gets a new Pokemon and loves collecting them.

The game has massive performance issues, but if you can look past them the game is a lot of fun and there's a lot to experience. Probably the most fun I've had with Pokémon game since the 5th generation!

The core Pokemon experience is as good as its been in years but it’s hindered by poor performance and ugly textures and graphics.

GameFreak keeps coming out with bangers - very open world with an open story, you can play it as you want.

Always loved Pokémon games. This one is still keeping me busy and still have to get the DLC. Graphics look way better on the Switch 2.

Together and were able to catch a lot of shinies and legendaries next up is to play the dlcs

Phenomenal Open World, Bit Laggy but definitely a good direction for the Pokémon games
