    While not the worst Pokemon game I have been somewhat disappointed with what I have played so far. Only a few hours in and I seem to be mostly done with the main adventure which will make for a rather short RPG game. The graphics are acceptable but not really taking advantage of being on the Switch console as opposed to the 3DS and in general the game just seems kind of rushed and poorly organized. For fans of Pokemon I think they will still find plenty to enjoy here but as I already said there are better Pokemon games out there.

    Great to have another generation of Pokémon in the world. There are some technical limitations and some sections where it’s trying to find its feet, but the future of Pokémon is bright.
