Fun game for all ages! Got this as a gift for my nephew and he loves it. Him and his brother have been playing since his birthday party and there are no signs of slowing down! Definitely recommend for any Pokemon fan.

Comes with everything needed to have a great time and get you addicted to the card game. It’s a lot easier to understand that I expected, which is why I haven’t gotten into it sooner, and I’m glad I picked this up for my 5yo son.

Hands down, it was best way to introduce my 7 year old to Pokémon card battles. In less than 30 minutes he was hooked and starting plotting his own strategies. This set has everything you need.

Great set. It had some really good cards in it and the battle board is heavy duty and nice. I like that it has two full decks as well so it can actually be played right away if you didn't have any other cards.

For the money it packs a punch. Easy step by step instructions for anyone can enjoy and play. And with 3 full decks you can customize or play as is. Highly recommend even if you just like board games.

I recall putting together a little custom kit like like this back in the day. This is a much more refined version of that. Pokemon TCG is not really too complicated, but it can take a bit of time to get used to, and building a deck can be a barrier. This kit gives you everything you need to get started and go. Coming in from the earliest days of Pokemon, some of the cards are a bit unusual to me, but I had no issues getting back into action. I do wish that it came with glass counters, which used to be more popular, but I can deal with this myself.
