The product itself is great. However the box i received was damaged. Corners were bent and dented. The top of the box was partially opened. This unacceptable and very out of character for best buy. This should get corrected as this is a poor look for customer service.

I received the box in perfect condition — no dents or resealing issues — which sadly some others have encountered. It’s clear mine was handled with care and packaged well by Best Buy . Those promos were exactly what I hoped for and would look amazing in my display case or for swapping if trading ever becomes relevant again. I was somehow lucky enough to secure one of these during a "drop" way back in February. Had struck out on each drop prior to this one so I was very pleasantly surprised when I was able to pick one up. This is probably the best 151 product that you can still sometimes get your hands on at retail. With 151 ETBs and UPC's nowhere to be found at retail anymore, getting this 12-pack box is your best bet to rip 151 outside of booster bundles. This was my very first time opening a Blooming Waters box and I pulled the Zapdos SIR!

Cheapest on the market compared to Target. The issue is its hard to get!
