Had a smooth experience with drop day as well. Store managed the chaos in an organized and fair fashion. I will continue to shop here for Pokemon moving forward.

In good sealed condition for sure. I wish they have a better system online that let you buy them without dealing with scalpers buying out everything.

They all have great attitudes and Brenden especially surprised me by going above and beyond to remember who I was and apply a discount that I had been waiting on for a while. They handle the pressure of larger drops extremely well and keep the store operating smooth. Very impressed

Service was solid given the lines for the product in release day. The item was as expected: new, sealed, undamaged. Only complaint would be that having multiple locations behind the counter for product meant what was available at one end couldn't be seen at the other end (and higher value product was back on the service shelves and thus could not be seen at all except by that one register).

I'm a working adult so I don't usually get to get pokemon on new drop days for retail price. I just bought one and no real hits but it was fun!
