They put limits on the items and actually stuck to them. Same with the promo card it came with. Add that to the fact they actually sell at MSRP and don’t inflate prices for no reason, and in person launches from Best Buy are the best!

very good product and fun to open. I really enjoyed the thrill f=of opening the product.

Not much to say. Service was solid given the lines for the product in release day. The item was as expected: new, sealed, undamaged. Only complaint would be that having multiple locations behind the counter for product meant what was available at one end couldn't be seen at the other end (and higher value product was back on the service shelves and thus could not be seen at all except by that one register).

Got a couple of full illustration cards so I can't really complain.

Pokemon?!? I’m not the biggest fan. I buy what I can and sit on it. I think this booster pack will be worth it

I actually took a day off from work so I can wait in line to get my kids mega evolutions. My kids told me it was a big release. They did not have the elite trainer boxes. They only had booster bundles. The registers did not work that morning because they could not scan the product. I was disappointed with how Best Buy did the Pokémon release of a new Pokémon set.

i give it four stars because even tho my wife has pulled both Gold Lucario (first ME pack ever opening night) (came back a psa10) and Gold Gardevoir from ME booster bundles but it’s still not One Piece, which is everything.

BestBuy is one of the few places left where you can find Pokemon or any other TCG at MSRP.

Thankful for the preorder system, even though it rapidly sells out. Recommend this product if you can get your hands on it at MSRP.

Quick in and out, no hassle. Stock not always available. Employees don't know the item breakdown so when this is behind service alot of pointing and yes/no gestures, as it mixed with other inventory.

finally got a mega booster bundle in store! appreciate the team for limiting items to prevent scalpers from buying it all out.

It was great getting this the only problem I had was the guy said there was only one when I saw two.
