I was lucky to be able to purchase this item in the store. The staff there provided excellent service, and the product packaging was intact. However, I didn't find anything particularly impressive inside.

10/10- cards weren’t resealed and I pulled the gold charizard! I was skeptical at first since I’ve purchased cards from other users that were resealed but this guy is legit.

Haven’t opened yet, but the excitement of possibly getting something is all the worthwhile the line was easy getting in was smooth and making the transaction was very easy.

Fun product to open. One of the last places you'll find Pokemon TCG at MSRP. Very organized release. Limit 1 per item available.

Got this etb on day of the drop. I was a little disappointed because my boyfriend & I waited all night to get it & when the employees we’re handing out the tickets I had gone to the gas station to use the bathroom. Mind you they started passing out the vouchers at 8:37 & BB DIDNT OPEN UNTIL 9 so I thought I had time. My stuff was there and even the people in line vouched for me but the manager didn’t give me anything. The line wrapped around and everyone else still managed to get something except for me, someone who waited 10+ hours in the cold. I managed to snag an etb & sleeves packs because people were kind enough to give me some of their vouchers but overall a disappointing experience

Went to Best Buy during release week for the Mega Evolution – Phantasmal Flames drop, and there were 20+ people ahead of me in line. With how limited these products are, especially on release day, I honestly thought they’d be gone before my turn, so finally getting an ETB felt amazing. I was hoping to also pick up the Charizard Ultra Premium Collection for Phantasmal Flames, but that one was already gone by the time I got to the front, which shows how fast these products sell out. Still, I’m very happy I at least walked away with this ETB, and I’d definitely recommend lining up early at Best Buy for high-demand Pokémon releases like this.

Dope box but the new plastic inserts are so trash honestly

The way best buy handles pokemon drops is refreshing. Allows true pokemon fans to pick up product. The limits can be kinda low for certain drops.. i.e. 1 booster pack per customer, but with etbs, 1 per customer is completely fair!

Phantasmal Flames has been a fun set to open so far. When you search on the Best Buy site, make sure you are purchasing from Best Buy and paying MSRP. Best Buy allows scammers and resellers to also sell through the site.

Great set got on release day at the store and it was well organized and went smooth great job by the associates running the store that day! I hope they keep doing this. Best place to get pokemon cards at msrp.

Product was legit in store, my only issue is I car pooled with my friend and he wasn’t allowed to buy his stuff because they said we’re family. We have different addresses and they allowed another family to buy 3 sets of things. It’s total crap and we had to split it when we could have each just had our own.
