    I ordered online and picked up the box in store. When I opened the box several days later I noticed one of the booster packs was missing. Contacted BestBuy's customer service service and they said to get help from the store. Store couldn't return it since it was bundled with promo cards, and had no stock to replace it. Contacted Pokemon Customer support and they sent me a replacement. A lot of hassle, but at least the pull rate was decent.
