The cards come in protected sleeves, which is great because some of them are very rare and valuable. The set has some amazing cards, like Charizard, Blastoise, and Pikachu. I had a lot of fun opening the packs and seeing what I got. This is one of the best sets I have ever bought and I highly recommend it to any Pokemon fan.

Any repeats are used to trade at school or to give away to younger kids just starting their collections, so no cards go to waste. My kids are happy and so am I bc I got them on sale and picked up extra as stockimg stuffers too.

Very nice cards in the set, availability is king

Unfortunately, shipping these is precarious due to the shape and packability of loose, sleeved boosters; you need to make sure you either order for in-store pickup or be able to snag around 20 so they properly take up space in a box. If you order around 12-16, they're loose in the boxes, and you may get one or two deformed packs, and a smaller order goes in a bubble mailer, which can be worse. I want to give this a 3-star rating based on the shipping challenges induced by the packaging format (I get one damaged pack every shipment). However, plus 1 star purely based the (occational) availability here at MSRP. While the queue system guarantees bots/scalpers acquire newer sets, Best Buy at least has these up frequently and long enough that they are attainable for normal buyers in this crazy market, which is pretty unique.
