horrible pulls not worth buying hige waste of money

I ordered these and was given the wrong product! I called and asked them to send me the correct item but they said i had to physically bring in the wrong item to get the correct one. I told them i was disabled and no way of bringing it in, but they still wouldnt send me the one i paid for! So i had to settle for an inferier product that costs less than what i paid. Im incredibly upset about the way i was treated. I am disabled, i wasnt trying to scam anyone!

Always wait for sales with Pokémon. No sense buying at retail

Most terrible thing i have witnessed in my life plus waiting at a store for 2 hours only for them to say ohh pre orders snatched up the rest we had... 2 disappointed children.. yes best buy its your fault
