    Productions great. Process is not. Best Buy needs to install a captcha for the Pokemon drops to prevent bots from buying up all of the products.

    This product was delivered in a thin bag and was severely damaged upon arrival. The front of the box is bulging, battered, dingy, and torn. "Geek squad" was no help as per usual, and the "sales team" was even worse. Why should I pay for damaged ***collectibles***??? This is a very common occurrence when ordering from Best Buy and has discouraged me from buying anything else from this retailer. Their online ordering is also flooded with bots (anytime anything desirable comes in stock), and it's almost impossible to secure product in the first place. Save yourself the stress and anger by ordering elsewhere.

    As a sealed collector, I'm extremely disappointed with the ship. The box was damaged badly because they shipped it in a bubble wrap envelope.
