    Seems like a lot of people had bad experiences with their stores. Mine said that the release day shipment got delayed. So i just asked one if the employee's if they can order it at the register he said he wasn't sure but we tried and i have 5 on the way! I will say that the website and app are horrible for pokemon bots get everything in minutes.

    Employees give poor information and many not all take inventory for themselves. Never any pre release online just overall bad experience with best buy for pokemon and its a trend. Do better.

    Never prismatic ever in stock, no matter what time you go, either people run in and snatch it all before you, or the employees do. Awful.
