One lady came in, took all 16 tins, and tried to check them all out. There really wasnt a limit in place, but the worker said limit of 5 per person. This greedy woman decided buy 5, then went to a different cashier and bought 5 more. This was quite sad and ridiculous as there were many other customers that wanted to purchase but couldnt

Only received 2 of 3 of my items ordered. Did not allocate enough stock to fulfill my order completely. Friend who ordered the same item on a different date received all 3 of their ordered items, however I did not, and had ordered before them.

The Best Buy I went to limited people to 1 per person and it allowed everyone to get one that wanted one. It was a nice change of pace from other stores.

Managed to order 24 in store and all have already updated for shipping. Easy as walking in, giving the sku and placing your order

2 packs per tin. Was fun ripping it with kids but didn't get any nice hits. That's just how this set is.

Best buy in Barboursville Wv showed display product the night before it was released and wouldnt let anyone buy it early, thats fine, the next day the employees said there was no product and there never was. The employees on the closing shift let me take a picture of the stuff they had for the next day lol.

Please check your information before you go bashing the company!! You all love to bash because you think you heard this and heard that but no one has concrete information. Check your facts please!!!! The employees were told they could not purchase anything. If some did they did but stop blaming the company for a few bad apples. Jump on the other people who purchased a bunch and didnt leave anything for the rest of us. I am so tired of seeing people whine and complain because fellow collectors hoarded the new releases. Yes employees bought some, yes people bought more then they should have but it is what it is. Stop complaining, suck it up and either wait for the restock or dont. But stop blaming everyone else. It is what it is.

Unless you know soemone who works at best buy youll almost bever get anything new. The employees buy everything out before the store opens. Not only with cards but other collectible products as well. Ps5? Nope store employees got them first. Prismatic evolutions? Nope watched employees walk out the parking lot with them before the store opened so they didnt magically have any stock. Was their yesterday for the telease got the second tin out of 8 total. Traded with another guy as I had gotten the one he wanted vice versa. At first they tried to turn us away saying “They didnt have the product” when it was in stock online me and another person called them on. Only had 8 total apparently, which makes no sense as this is the only best buy in Jackson from what I know. Not to mention no blooming waters. Bo way they just got 8 tins for a store that big…Somethings not right.
