This is my favorite set out of the Pokémon sets. Low pull rate but when you hit, you HIT!

People are so hurt they got their orders canceled when they tried to order multiple at a time. Its ridiculous and theres no reason to order multiple unless youre a scalper. They could display product quantites tho that would be super helpful though. Me and my lasy were 5th and 6th in line and we both managed to get one. Dont be late. Show up. Dont be a scalper. Dont order multiple online. And youll get product easily

Hello, it has now been over three months since I placed my order online (payment was processed immediately), and I still have not received the product.
In that time, I have called customer service more than 10 times, and the experience has been nothing short of appalling. Not a single agent has been willing or able to assist me. Several agents hung up on me after pretending to “look into it,” and others made false promises—claiming they would email me with updates or have a supervisor contact me directly. None of those promises were ever kept.
At this point, I am left with no product, no refund, and no accountability from this company. This is unacceptable and feels like outright fraud. I have lost complete trust in this business.
If my issue is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate further through formal complaints and consumer protection channels. Customers deserve honesty, respect, and basic reliability—this company has shown me none of these.
