Ordered this set in store and then have it cancelled is absolutely ridiculous. So best buy is just accepting orders hoping they get that amount in which is crazy. Lets not forget when we went to get prismatic booster bundles, the employees stated how much they had, i was the second to last person that would have been able to get one with the limit they set. When we get inside some how the person in front of steps up and they tell her they are sold out and used the excuse of “miscounting” how do you miscount by 3 when the number was below 20, so either the employees are selling more to their buddies at the front of the line or are hiding them last minute when they could have taken their allocation before opening and giving the amount they had available. Biggest waste of time just trying to get stuff for the kids because someone wants to make a quick buck.

Canceled immediately after pre-ordered in store, don't waste your time waiting in line before store opens just for them to cancel them on you.

I placed the order in-store with the help of a staff. Later received a confirmation email, and money was deducted from my credit card. However, Best Buy canceled my order, saying that the item was oversold. Obviously, this was just an excuse since the order was placed via the computer in-store. Yet Best Buy keeps asking me for a review. Man, what can I say?

I camped outside Best Buy for hours, found out they only had 1 physically in store. Was able to order it at check out line to ship in June, was absolutely thrilled. Then it got cancelled, Best Buy didnt even send a notification or email or anything. Very poor customer service all around. Regardless of bots, scalpers or limited quantities, its nothing new. But this was a major failure on their part this time.

Order was refunded. Bestbuy didnt honor the sale..

Waited in line and ordered in store fairly just like everybody else. I was assured by staff members that my order was set and i received an invoice and order number. I go to check a couple days later and they cancelled the order for no reason, customer service is no help. This is absurd, upsetting, and a complete waste of my time. Now my children have no pokemon to open.

Why is management going to make people sit outside for a drop knowing darn well they were only going to have 1? The transparency needs to made to not make people wait outside thinking they may have a chance. Regardless if it was a tv, laptop, or anything that is hot right now, this is malpractice. And the topper, you guys canceled our online order as an icing on the cake..
