I love the direction they are taking new Pokemon games and they are still as fun and addicting as ever.

I purchased this game for my 12yr old son. He only recently jumped on the Pokemon hype train and I was concerned it may be an awkward place to begin. Fortunately, he had no issues and is loving the game. Considering how much he plays and how often he rushes to show me his newly captured creatures, I consider this a wonderful entry in the Pokemon series that is accessible to longtime players and newcomers alike.

Well not really, a rehash of an older Pokemon game. But I got it for my son and he loves Pokemon.

I was iffy about buying this game because I didnt know any of the newer pokemon in the new generations. But when I started to play it, there was no more worry. I had so much fun playing this game that the new pokemon was like finding new animal species. Definitely fun.

If you already own Pokémon sun/moon and aren’t a huge fan of the series, I wouldn’t recommend this. However, This is the definitive version of gen 7, so if you haven’t picked up sun/moon get the ultra versions. Great game and the most available legendaries of any Pokémon game.

With new features and upgraded play mechanics, this new version of the previously released Sun and Moon might be too light on new content for gamers who have already played them, but if you missed them it's a great way to get a more definitive version of the game.

Just the same Pokemon Sun game but with more legendary pokemon to catch after beating the main game. The same hand holding gameplay with lots of cutscenes you cant skip like before. Worth it only to competitive players who dont wanna shell out internet access to pokemon bank and nintendo's shady internet offerings. They'll pull the plug to 3ds titles by 2020 no doubt.

This game is great so far. I have been playing older Pokémon games recently such as, Ruby and Gold for the gameboy. Bought the 2ds as well as Pokémon Ultra Sun. The switch from the game boy to ds games can be weird, but later gets better. The game is pretty easy so far and item that allows you to gain XP for your other Pokémon in party is pretty over powered.

Way better then the original sun and moon, the addition of the old bosses was great

Really fun so far, visuals look good, seems like a good end to Pokémon on the 3ds.

An upgraded version of Sun version. Basically the same but you're not missing much if you played the last one. Worth it if you didn't play Sun version

Pokemon sun was a great game, and the new additions in the ultra editions add countless hours with the ability to catch all of the legendary's from games past. This is especially important for those wanting to hunt shiny legendarys.

I purchased this game for my daughter. My concern was that there wasn’t going to be much difference between this game and Pokémon Sun. My daughter loves it. She says there is loads of new content, it’s practically a different game. All I know is that she has played it for hours and still plays the original version as well. It seems to be worth it.

This Pokémon game provides the most content out of any other so far. You almost never run out of things to do, from breeding, running the battle tree, competitive battling, festival plaza, finding all of the legendary Pokémon, and plenty more.

It's cool that they included the Pokemon that didn't appear in sun and moon.

Just getting back into Pokémon. I haven’t played since gold and silver. So I must say I’m sad I missed out on incredible games like this. Must have, now I have to double back to get the rest of the games I missed.

Can’t go wrong with any Pokémon game my son loves when a new one comes out

For those that like pokémon this is an addictive game can't put them down.

It a good pokemon, but if you have played the original sun and moon, there isnt that much different here.
